We are only two episodes in to the first season of Mitchel Hurwitz’s new animated comedy Sit Down, Shut Up and FOX has already moved it around in their Sunday night line-up. Obviously their biggest shows on Sunday nights are The Simpsons and Family Guy. It makes sense that if you sandwich this new show right between those two it will get the viewers and gain an audience.
That hasn’t been the case. I’m guessing the reason why is that Sit Down, Shut up just isn’t good. As a matter of fact it’s bad. I wasn’t so harsh after the first episode, because I’m such a huge fan of Arrested Development. I also had high hopes that it would get better. If anything I think the second episode was worse.
I think this move it just a precursor to the show being canceled outright.

It’s just not a good show. I watched part of the first episode and all of the second, but I just didn’t find it amusing at all.
