The Unfiltered Ramblings of a DVR Addict

The rumored theme tonight is songs from movie soundtracks.  That is a huge catalog for the contestants to choose from, which as we know isn’t always a good thing.

I’m hoping at least one contestant chooses a song from a Muppet’s movie, and that Adam sings something full of teen angst, maybe something from the Twilight soundtrack.

I made a big deal about that fact that I’ve correctly guessed the last 3 contestants that have gone home, which honestly was kind of a no brainer, so I guess I better make a pick and see if I can make it 4 in a row.

Tonight is hard, Scott when home, and he was the last of the group that didn’t sing as well as the others.  Now we are left with a group of really strong singers.  I think the smart money would be on Anoop or Lil Rounds.  Some are saying Kris Allen, but I think Kris is safe, and honestly much better than these two.  Anoop has ended up in the bottom a lot more than anyone else left, and Lil has been getting hammered by the judges week after week for the exact same thing.  If it’s either of them, I don’t think the judges will waste their save , maybe on Anoop, but not on Lil.

I think I’m going to choose Anoop to go home tonight.  Only because he doesn’t seem to be as popular with the voters as any of the other contestants.  I also have to believe that Lil Rounds can’t be so stupid as to ignore the judges 3 weeks in a row.
