The Unfiltered Ramblings of a DVR Addict

Let’s face it, if there is one area that Top Chef has been lacking in, it is in producing desserts.  Whether it be lack of  pastry chefs in the competition or just the fact that desserts take so much time and are so darn hard many of the contestants fail on the show when it comes to making desserts. So Bravo is developing Top Chef: Just Desserts.  A reality cooking competition for pastry chefs.

The format will be similar to Top Chef Masters and have top pastry chefs from around the country face off against each other in challenges.

Sounds good to me.  More Top Chef is a good thing!
